My item broke in transit!
Oh no, we are so sorry to hear that! We can resend items or offer E-Gift Cards for broken items if they were broken during transit. If the item was broken during use or regular wear and tear, we do not offer any warranty on our items.
I want to add another item to my order!
We are happy you love Faithfully! Since we offer FREE shipping on all of our orders, you can simply place another order. We will try and ship everything together, but if an order has already been picked by our warehouse before the second order was placed, your orders will be shipped separately.
Does Faithfully accept cancellations?
No, unfortunately we do not accept cancellations. As soon as the order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment team to get it ready for dispatch.
How does shipping work?
All orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders are delivered via USPS First Class Mail within 2-5 business days (excludes weekends & processing time). Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number so you can track your order. Didn't get an email? Track your order here.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Every order that is sent out by Faithfully is shipped with a tracking number. As soon as the order has been fulfilled by one of our warehouses in the USA, you will receive an email notifying you along with a link to track your package!
My tracking number stopped updating?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Does Faithfully accept exchanges?
Yes of course! If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, or want to exchange your necklace for something else, please email info@shopfaithfully.com to start the return process. Please include your name, and order number in the email so we can verify the order. You will receive an email letting you know where to return your items, and once we have received the items back we will inspect them to make sure they are unused, and still in the original packaging.
Within 48 hours of us receiving the return, we will process the exchange for you!
Does Faithfully accept returns?

Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to process returns?
Returns are processed within 48 hours after the package has arrived at our returns department. All returns will be issued via an E-Gift Card that can used for future purchases.
Does Faithfully issue refunds?
We issue refunds in the form of E-Gift Cards instead. Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash.
My order is being returned to Faithfully, what do I do?
All orders returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked, and you will receive an Faithfully E-Gift Card minus the original shipping charge. We are unable to reship the item as your order is processed by our return department. You can reorder the item whenever you want to the corrected address with the E-Gift Card.
How long do I have to return my items?
All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, otherwise we cannot accept returns nor issue E-Gift Cards for the order.
All items must be unused, and in their original packaging in order for us to properly issue you a refund.
