Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be unused, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If your item arrived damaged, or you would like to exchange it for something else, please send us an email to info@shopfaithfully.com. We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have still not received any email or refund, please email us info@shopfaithfully.com and we will respond asap!
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds are issued in the form of E-Gift cards. Please see our FAQ’s for more in depth questions about returns & exchanges.
